The second edition of "Safe Emigration", authored by Jose Abraham, Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India, will be released soon. The present edition comes with additional insights and information on the legal procedures governing emigration process in India and with a foreword by Justice Kurian Joseph, former Judge, Supreme Court of India.
